The Package of Pool Opening and Pool Closing

Pool closing procedures include removing the ladder, adding winterizing chemicals, decreasing the water level to 4″ for solid and tarp covers and 12″-18″ for mash covers, air-blowing all the lines, turning off the gas and electricity, giving the client advice on any repairs that are or may potentially be required, installing winter plugs, and storing all the equipment in the right place. These procedures are only available for pools that are up to 35.000 gallons. Salt is not included in the pricing for the salt water pools.

Bi-weekly Package – contains opening, closing, and 8 bi-weekly visits

Pool opening procedures include removing the cover, taking out all winter plugs, constructing the filter system, reinstalling the deck equipment, advising the client on necessary repairs, starting the system and checking for leaks, brushing the pool walls, vacuuming the pool for up to 20 minutes, and shocking the pool and spa. In 1-3 days, as Nachman Pool Company, we’ll return for one more cleaning and water balancing.
Bi-weekly visits include skimming the pool surface, cleaning the skimmer and pumping basket, clearing the cleaner bag, backwashing the filter, testing and modifying chemical levels, inspecting the pool equipment, vacuuming, brushing the walls and steps, blowing out the leaves from the pool deck, and adding water while on the premises.

In 1-3 days, as Nachman Pool Company, we’ll return for one more cleaning and water balancing.

A Weekly Package of 2 Visits – contains opening, closing, and 2 visits a week

Drainage and Acid Cleaning Package

In this package, the pool is drained, the walls and floor are pressure washed, an acid solution is used to remove stubborn stains, and the pool is filled using a garden hose.

Pressure Washing the Pool Deck Package

This package includes several different services, including lighting for the pool and spa, winter coverings, upgrades, caulking, filter system repair and replacement.
